Orders
Browse products, select your size and colour, then click "Add to cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout". Fill in your delivery details and choose a payment method to complete your order.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order moves to processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at razicdeli@gmail.com or call 8848748469 if you need help.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it under My Account → My Orders at any time.
Out-of-stock items cannot be added to your cart. You can use the wishlist to save the product — we'll try to restock popular items. For urgent requests, contact us directly.
Shipping
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. Remote areas may take an additional 2–3 days.
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Orders below that amount have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code on the product page to check availability before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags intact. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Go to My Account → My Orders, select the order, and click "Return Item". Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will schedule a pickup within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Payment
We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000 in eligible pin codes. You can check availability at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Absolutely. We do not store your card details. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with bank-level encryption.
Account
You can browse freely without an account, but you'll need to register to place an order. An account lets you track orders, manage your wishlist, and save addresses.
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Go to My Account → My Profile to update your personal details, saved addresses, and contact information at any time.
